The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and the optional company, phone, country, and quantity fields, together with your message and the page the enquiry came from.
Browsing the catalog requires no account and sets no tracking identifiers.
Enquiry data is used for one purpose: responding to your sourcing request and following up on it. It is visible to our sourcing team and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties beyond the suppliers relevant to your enquiry.
Enquiries are retained while the sourcing conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your enquiry data at any time via the contact form.
The site and its database are hosted on managed cloud infrastructure (Vercel and Supabase). Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled databases.
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Send the request through the contact form and we will action it within 30 days.
